He further pursued his MD in Internal Medicine from Government Medical College, Surat, a prestigious government medical institution known for its rigorous clinical training.

After completing his MD, Dr. Panchal worked at several reputed hospitals in Surat where he gained extensive experience in intensive care medicine, emergency management, and non-invasive cardiology. Over the years, he has acquired exceptional skills in handling complex ICU cases and life-threatening medical emergencies.

For the past six years, Dr. Panchal has been serving as a Full-Time Physician at Cure N Care Hospital and an ICU Consultant at Unity Multispeciality Hospital. Unity Hospital is a 110-bed multispeciality tertiary care hospital equipped with three advanced ICUs and modern critical care facilities, catering to patients across South Gujarat.

Dr. Panchal has also completed a Fellowship in 2D Echocardiography (2D Echo) and Treadmill Test (TMT) from CIMS Cardiac Hospital, Ahmedabad, further strengthening his expertise in non-invasive cardiac diagnostics.
